A nice little house

It's Saturday night and Dave is flying back from the west coast. He drove out there with our friend Sam who just moved to Portland. He had a great trip and I can't wait to hear about it.

Today I spent most of the day going through our kitchen--cleaning out stuff I don't use anymore and just trying to tidy up and clean since our house goes on the market in a week and a half. I remember when we moved in here I was full of excitement to get our first kitchen set up. Now I'm beginning the process of saying goodbye to it and the rest of the house. I know I'll feel this way each time I leave a house we've lived in. I just hope the next person who lives here takes good care of it. It's a nice little house.
